RESERVING A LOT
We conclude a reservation agreement to secure your plot until the conclusion of the promissory contract according to the law.
This agreement stays valid 4 weeks. To confirm the reservation contract, we require you a fee of 10.000 € (refundable).
PROMISSORY CONTRACT
The promissory contract is concluded with you, in which all details of the transaction are agreed upon.
At signature of the contract, we ask you kindly 10% of the value of your house (deducting the 10.000 € paid at the reservation agreement).
Another 20% is paid upfront dispatched in the start of the infrastructure works and when your specific home gets build.
The remaining 70% is only to be paid at final deed.
The price includes
- private villa incl. garden, deck, heated swimming pool and parking space
- interior kitchen and appliances, sanitary (bathrooms and toilets)
The price does not include
- notary and state fees related to the purchase
- all-in loose furniture package (proposed by us)
